- Representation in actions in Labor Courts, including the development of a strategic plan, defenses, and appeals, including higher courts.
- Drafting tailored opinions and consultations, covering labor and social security legislation and case law.
- Drawing up adaptation plans with legal alternatives to mitigate labor risks, in line with the client’s interests.
- Drafting and revising compensation and benefits plans, internal policies, contracts, codes of conduct, and ethics.
- Conducting training sessions for teams, covering relevant topics.
- Monitoring and conducting out-of-court negotiations, conciliations, mediations, and arbitration in individual or collective matters.
- Workplace and legal audits for M&A operations, including the identification of labor contingencies.
- Active participation in collective negotiations with trade unions and class representative bodies.
- Drafting and revising collective agreements.
- Monitoring and conducting CIPA (Internal Committee for Accident Prevention) elections.
- Guidance on hiring, transferring, penalizing (warnings, suspensions) and dismissing employees.
- Guidance and development of action plans for compliance with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices.
- Advisory services for assertive decision-making, with risk provisioning.
