Professional Experience

• Coordinator of the Civil Litigation Department and Legal Coordinator, with a focus on team management, deadlines, and goal setting.
• Experience in Corporate Civil Law in law firms with a large client portfolio, ranging from financial institutions to major companies and multinationals.
• The main focus in these firms was representing such clients, both as plaintiffs and defendants, before the judiciary and arbitral chambers in contractual disputes, civil matters, consumer law issues in general, and, in some cases, franchising.
• Additional experience in Family and Inheritance Law, handling cases involving child support, custody, visitation rights, estate proceedings (both judicial and extrajudicial), guardianship, conservatorship, among other matters.
